B: Beets, Bok Choy, Broccoli, Broccoli Rabe, and Brussel Sprouts!

Contains indole-3-carbinol, which in addition to be a strong antioxidant and stimulator of of detoxifying enzymes seems to protect the structure of DNA. It also increases the ratio of “good” estrogen to bad estrogen.
