It really is quite simple…if you want a real body, eat real food. Real bodies are lean, healthy, pain and dis-ease free, they are active, energetic and full of life. That is what real food will do to you. If you continue to eat c.r.a.p. (caffeine, refined sugars, additives, preservatives) then you will continue to feel like crap.
